Financial Health Indicator Trend Search
Use this tool to explore statewide or regional trends for individual Financial Health Indicators.
How to create a trend heat map:
- Select one of the 17 Financial Health Indicators and use the fields below to identify the parameters to create a trend heat map.
- To select all entities within a county, use the County field to select the county of interest.
- To select cities within that county, also select City in the Entity Type field.
Viewing and exporting results:
- Click Search to generate the heat map.
- Click Export to PDF to download the results.
Notes: Conclusions about an entity’s financial
health SHOULD NOT be based on a single Financial Health Indicator.
Trend maps require four years of data to generate. Trends for Schools will be available after districts file their FY 2026 financial statements.
